Unlock Your Potential This Easter: Creative School Holiday Programs for Young Adults in Rouse Hill, Northwest Sydney
Are you a young creative looking to sharpen your skills and meet like-minded people during the break?
This Easter, our Create.Able. School Holiday Program is opening its doors to young adults (ages 15–30) who are passionate about creativity, innovation, and hands-on projects. Designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals and people with disability (low support needs), these workshops offer more than just holiday fun—they provide a bridge to your future career.
What is the Create.Able. Holiday Program?
Our workshops are designed to give participants a "real-world" experience in the creative industries. Whether you’re interested in design, digital media, or collaborative artistic projects, our Easter program allows you to dive deep into a professional workflow.
Why join the Create.Able. workshops?
Real-World Skills: Work on authentic creative projects that build your portfolio.
Career Pathways: Get a "taste" of our comprehensive School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) and transition-to-work programs.
Inclusive Environment: Our space is easily accessed for young adults with low support needs and neurodivergent thinkers.
Expert Mentorship: Learn from professionals who understand the creative industry and disability support.
A Pathway to Employment and Independence
For many school students and recent graduates, the transition to the workforce can feel overwhelming. The Create.Able. holiday program acts as a "taster" for our broader School-Leavers Transition and Employment Pathway program.
By participating in these short workshops, you’ll get a feel for our community and see how we help young adults turn their creative passions into sustainable employment opportunities.
Using Your NDIS Funding
We aim to make our programs as accessible as possible. These workshops may be suitable for participants who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS, depending on your individual goals and funding categories (such as Capacity Building or Core Supports).
If you aren’t sure if your plan covers these workshops, our team is happy to chat with you about your specific goals.
